Before becoming a freelance writer, I started a small online shop as a side hustle. To make it work, I had to teach myself digital marketing from scratch.

I spent countless hours figuring out how to use tools like Canva, Shopify, Etsy, Printify, and more. That hands-on experience gave me a real understanding of what it’s like to be in your audience’s shoes—trying to learn new tools and looking for content that makes things easier.

That’s what sparked my passion for writing content: turning complex ideas into clear, helpful resources that people can actually use.
